We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Digital Experience team in Italy. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in helping prospects reimagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Help prospects identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities for Account Executives (AEs)
- Anticipate and adapt to customers' evolving expectations with Adobe Experience Cloud
- Identify and provide high-value opportunities into the Sales pipeline
- Deliver a consultative approach to selling, understanding the prospect's business, goals, objectives, and challenges
- Consistently achieve quality pipeline and other metrics such as inbound lead follow-up and outbound account engagement
- Handle territory creation plans for key account executives and their accounts
- Research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads
- Quickly route prospects and current customers to appropriate colleagues
- Setup and attend 1st-level qualification meetings with customers
- Collaborate closely with Sales Solution Consultant teams
- Update CRM, Outreach, and other tools to ensure logging of key history
- 2+ years' experience in Sales/Business Development in a SaaS context
- Confirmed sales skills delivering inbound and outbound experiences
- Experience running all areas of the BDR process
- Self-starter with high motivation, independence, and ability to collaborate
- Ability to quickly learn and understand sophisticated business problems
- Proficient with standard corporate efficiency tools and sales tools
- Phenomenal teammate with ability to work well with multiple partners
- Full fluency in both Italian and English
