Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote exceptional guest service by delivering personalized attention and ensuring guests feel at home.
  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Schedule staff effectively.
  • Lead the Front Office Team and assume responsibility as Front Office Manager when needed.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of colleagues.
  • Set an exemplary standard.
Your Profile:
  • At least 4 years of professional experience at the Front Office, preferably in medium/big city hotels.
  • Hospitality is deeply ingrained in your nature.
  • You are stress-resistant, accurate, and decisive.
  • You possess leadership qualities and are responsible.
  • You are adaptable and able to work varied shifts.
  • You are fluent in English and Italian.
  • You have good knowledge of main IT systems and booking platforms (OTA).
  • You have extensive knowledge of Milan, its hidden gems, and lifestyle.
Contract Details:
  • Full-time employment contract.
