Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure guests feel at home
  • Efficiently handle check-in and check-out processes
  • Manage administrative tasks with attention to detail
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel and Milano to guests
  • Respond promptly to phone calls
Your Ideal Profile
  • Be authentic and true to yourself
  • Possess a degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management
  • Have a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality
  • At least one year of experience as a Front Office Agent or Receptionist
  • Demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, and stress resilience
  • Be adaptable to varying shifts, including early, late, and night hours
  • Excel in English and Italian language skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
Compensation Package

The estimated monthly salary range for this position is €1,800 - €2,400, depending on your qualifications and experience.
