The Housekeeping Floor Lead will support the first and second Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the seamless and effective operation of the Housekeeping department, making certain that all policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are meticulously followed.
RESPONSIBILITIESGuarantees that Housekeeping Attendants uphold the brand's commitments and deliver outstanding guest service consistently. Addresses all guest and internal customer concerns and inquiries with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily. Performs quality assessments on the work completed by Housekeeping Room Attendants. Ensures that both arrival and occupied rooms are clean and ready in a timely manner. Reports and monitors repair and maintenance tasks. Conducts inspections of Public Areas, Food & Beverage outlets, offices, and restrooms. Ensures that scheduled periodic tasks are executed. Monitors the punctuality and presentation of all Housekeeping Room Attendants, ensuring adherence to the correct uniform and maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene, in line with the hotel and department's grooming policies. In the absence of managers, participates in morning meetings of the Hotel and subsequently reports to superiors on the topics discussed. QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping or a similar capacity. Practical experience with cleaning and maintenance responsibilities in large organizations. Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
