Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team at DailyStaffWorks Germany. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding technical support to customers via phone and email
- 4 weeks of paid training to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Italian Language: C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
- English Language: B2 level (training provided in English)
- Relocation to Athens, Greece
- Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
- Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
Benefits:
