The Team

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Deputy Manager of Customer Engagement & Sales is responsible for ensuring optimal store performance and an exceptional client experience by managing and supporting the Sales Team through training, coaching, and constructive feedback.

The Role

  • Foster a positive sales environment by overseeing all facets of the selling process and cultivating a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Establish daily objectives for customer service to elevate the overall experience, focusing on responsiveness and satisfaction.
  • Educate and mentor the team on standards, including customer service excellence, product arrangement, and effective time management.
  • Assist in setting and verifying goals to ensure the team aligns with both quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives, ensuring new team members are effectively integrated into the team and company culture.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the team, promoting their professional growth and addressing any performance issues.
  • Facilitate clear communication by conducting regular briefings and training sessions on products, customer relationship management (CRM), and company updates.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives to meet retention, upgrading, and prospect conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to allocate responsibilities efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the store.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing improvement, utilizing company reports to analyze trends and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Offer actionable recommendations based on the analysis of sales performance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within a structured environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to maintain a comprehensive perspective on situations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
  • Proficient in both Italian and German.
