About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Franchising and Special Projects Marketing Manager to join our Brand Building Team at KIKO MILANO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Global Franchising: Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies to solidify local brand positioning and increase market share.
  • Franchising Marketing: Collaborate with global teams to support the profitable expansion of KIKO Milano's franchising business.
  • Franchising Marketing Execution: Manage the execution of franchising marketing's key annual milestones, including strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of local beauty markets to identify opportunities and optimize product offerings.
  • Partner Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with franchising partners worldwide, ensuring their continuous development and alignment with global strategies.
  • Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process and provide ongoing training for franchising partners to ensure brand consistency and excellence.
  • Global Franchising Meeting: Lead the organization of the Global Franchising Meeting, promoting the exchange of global strategies and local best practices among partners.
  • Liaison: Serve as the liaison between franchising partners and headquarters, managing requests and coordinating marketing projects across various internal teams.
Special Projects:
  • Project Management: Take charge of special projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Project Requirements: Work closely with various departments to ensure project requirements are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements, set expectations, and communicate progress.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets, ensuring the best use of resources and financial efficiency.
  • Project Updates: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones achieved, and challenges faced.
Requirements
  • 8/10 years of work experience in Marketing Function.
  • Former work experience in the Beauty industry will be considered a plus as well as work experience in multinational/global companies.
  • Extensive experience in marketing ideally with a proven track record in franchising.
  • Exceptional ability to strategize and execute marketing plans on a global scale.
  • Degree or Master in Economy or Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point, SAP).
  • Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus.
