Supermicro is in search of a Senior Product Manager for Solutions who will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across various vertical markets in the EMEA region. This position involves establishing a robust ecosystem with diverse suppliers, collaborating with different sales teams, and directly engaging with clients to deliver tailored solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise and communication skills to define product strategies for Supermicro's core offerings, including conducting research into customer-centric solutions and formulating an impactful go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

The following duties are essential to this role (additional responsibilities may be assigned):

  • Conduct market analysis and identify business trends to develop strategies that enhance market share through strategically positioned Supermicro solutions.
  • Assess and prioritize the needs of enterprise clients for both existing and emerging use cases, considering evolving deployment strategies.
  • Oversee the time-to-market for new product training for clients, collaborating closely with them to refine product specifications and working alongside cross-functional engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
  • Lead the research and analysis of technology trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform engineers in developing a comprehensive platform portfolio strategy.
  • Foster exceptional customer service relationships with prospects and collaborate with sales teams to secure deals.
  • Build and maintain an ecosystem with the team and establish vendor-supplier relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with a proven ability to influence customers.
• Demonstrated capability to develop business and engage directly with clients.
• Knowledge of solutions in Data Analytics, SDS, HPC, AI, HCI, SAP, Networking, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of server, storage, and data center products, coupled with strong business acumen to penetrate and cultivate new business opportunities in the EU.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and develop complex relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
• Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and measuring established goals.
• Serve as a technical advisor, providing insights on market and technology trends.
