About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Angelo Po Grandi Cucine S.P.A. as a key player in driving business ambition and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Product Strategy: Identify customer needs and iterate on the product vision to drive business growth.
  • Category Expertise: Distill insights into product/category strategies, create long-term product roadmaps, and align with growth ambitions.
  • Strategic Assessments: Provide critical analysis and create and execute product-to-market strategies to define value propositions and sharpen differentiation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather, monitor, and track stakeholder needs across various product releases.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, Customer Care, and Marketing Insights, to articulate, plan, and craft opportunities for building a comprehensive portfolio.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Own and manage the product roadmap, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and prioritize solutions.
  • Market Trends and Insights: Identify emerging trends, anticipate market shifts, and make informed decisions to maintain competitive positions.
  • User Interviews: Conduct user interviews to understand market needs, desires, and pain points to influence product/category directions.
  • Data Analysis: Set up and leverage data sources to collect product analytics, track, visualize, and analyze user engagement and behavior data.
  • Product Launches: Partner with Marketing to ensure successful product launches are communicated effectively.
  • Requirements and Qualifications: Qualify requirements through rigorous discovery and validation activities with customers and market research.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Manage reports on portfolio updates, roadmaps, product development, and own regular meetings with teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years of working experience, with 3 years of Product Management experience, and a proven understanding of product, portfolio, and marketing strategy.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Skills: Proven track record of working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, thorough understanding of the product development process, ability to handle all aspects of product management, passion for building portfolio, and exceptional presentation and communication skills.
