Sales Expert for Dell Enterprise Solutions

About the Role
In the Business Unit Dell at Td Synnex, we are looking for a Sales Specialist who will work closely with the team and relevant contacts in vendors. The person will have knowledge of the portfolio within Server, Networking and entry/midrange storage line of business, process and vendor pricing. Main responsibilities will include managing all quotes and orders follow up, pipeline management, regular calls to customers to maintain relationships and loyalty, proactive calls to identify and enable new potential customers and provide customer assessments. Key skills and experience include 3+ years of experience, excellent telephone manner, effective communication skills, priority management and planning skills, and the ability to achieve set targets and understand sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing all quotes and orders follow up, pipeline management, regular calls to customers to maintain relationships and loyalty, proactive calls to identify and enable new potential customers and provide customer assessments. The person will also be required to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
