We are seeking an experienced Strategic Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Rome, Italy.

About the Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. As a Strategic Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing project work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. You will also interact with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage service delivery teams to ensure high performance and motivation.

  • Identify opportunities to sell additional services beyond the initial scope.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, KPIs, and deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a track record of upselling and expanding client engagements.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on KPIs and project performance.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of the English language at a professional level.
