Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and maximizing their utilization of our online panels.
- Promote and sell our research/panel services as the main point of contact with clients.
- Directly manage/supervise project execution with the support of a fieldwork team.
- Develop strategic activities to identify and generate new streams of business for growth in the territory.
Company Strategy:
- Responsible for achieving target achievements, profitability, and P&L in the entire region.
- Lead sales strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new market opportunities for sustained revenue growth.
- Coordinate the implementation and execution of company strategy across the entire client service region.
Business Development (Inbound):
- Provide leadership in business development efforts by participating in high-level pitches, negotiations, and client meetings.
- Drive the acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing accounts.
Project Management and Coordination:
- Oversight of project portfolio management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
- Set overall sampling strategies and participate in quality standards for fieldwork operations.
- Strategic oversight for complex and high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivery excellence.
Financial Management and Sales Performance Tracking:
- Oversee territory performance and profitability targets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, driving overall project profitability.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the client service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Industry thought leadership representation at conferences, industry events, and innovation of new products/services.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in both account management and/or project management within the market research, consulting, or online panel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and another European language (preferably Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Greek).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Estimated Salary Range: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Location: EMEA Region, preferably Italy / Poland / UK / Germany / Spain.
