Mollie is seeking a talented Market Expansion Coordinator to join our team in Italy.
As a Market Expansion Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping define how Mollie launches products into new markets. You will work closely with the central team to determine suitable initial products for the market and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on local requirements and needs.
Some of your key responsibilities will include conducting market and user research, comprehensively understanding the current payments landscape, and liaising with industry experts and potential local partners. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvements and suggesting innovative solutions to complex problems.
We are looking for a highly motivated graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Engineering-related fields. You should have relevant internship or up to 2 years of experience in the Payments, Financial Services, Consulting, or high-growth industries. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian are a must.
