This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take on a challenging position that involves managing service desks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing incidents and requests.

Salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience

The primary responsibilities of this role include monitoring request queues, evaluating incident possibilities, and escalating high-critical defects to Level 3 support. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely logging of incidents, managing ticket systems, and communicating with customers regarding service alerts and maintenance.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incidents, problems, change, and requests, and manage urgent and complicated support issues.
  • Act as escalation point for all incidents and requests related to the Supply Chain area.
  • Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
  • Provide data and reporting of KPIs and trends to Management and others.

What we need:

  • High proficiency using MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing Oracle Cloud SCM projects end-to-end.
  • Multilingualism is not required but it is an asset.
