We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at Amaris Consulting. As an intrapreneurial leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through market analysis, cold calling, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in business or engineering and thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.

As a Business Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to impact the development of Amaris Consulting and become the leader of tomorrow. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, engaging with potential clients, and driving new business opportunities. You will also be expected to manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Our compensation package includes a fixed and a variable portion, directly linked to your results and that rewards success in a very significant way. With over 1000 clients across the globe, we have been rolling out solutions in major projects for over a decade. Our solutions focus on four different Business Lines: Information System & Digital, Telecom, Life Sciences, and Engineering.
