SEAS – South East Aviation Services S.r.l. is a prominent engineering services provider supporting the aviation sector. We are currently seeking an Engineering Technical Instructor to enhance our training initiatives.

Position Overview

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Technical Training Instructor to join our Engineering Training division. This role is ideal for individuals who possess a strong passion for aviation and are eager to impart knowledge on various aircraft engineering subjects to our personnel, whether they are at the beginning of their careers or seasoned professionals.

The selected candidate will be tasked with:

  • Delivering comprehensive technical training to engineering personnel, ensuring adherence to the highest industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, Part 147 theoretical and practical training, as well as tailored training aligned with business requirements.
  • Creating and refining technical training programs to enhance our existing offerings.
  • Developing instructional materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and training aids.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are well-versed in EASA regulations and regularly review relevant procedures for the training courses.
  • Have a proven ability to create and validate training materials utilizing diverse delivery methods (classroom, eLearning, virtual, etc.).
  • Can effectively deliver technical training in a hands-on manner.
  • Possess strong organizational skills to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have prior technical experience, although it is not mandatory.

Qualifications

Further requirements include:

  • Holding an EASA Part 66 Licence or demonstrating prior experience in aircraft technical training, particularly on 737/A320 models.
  • Meeting the criteria to deliver Part 147 training.
  • Having a keen attention to detail and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Being capable of planning and adhering to deadlines set by management.
  • Possessing a good understanding of Office 365 and a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Being an effective communicator across various platforms (verbal, face-to-face, virtual).
  • Demonstrating openness to learning new skills and contributing innovative ideas.
  • Exhibiting a strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility for timely task completion.
  • Being adaptable and flexible in response to change.
  • Having the unrestricted right to work and travel within Europe.
