Sales Specialist Lenovo PC

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our PC business.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Generate new business opportunities by planning and executing outbound calls to customers.
- Engage in active inside selling by gathering customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities.
- Manage reporting and customer backorder, leveraging specialist knowledge and engaging in intelligent project fishing.
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers.
- Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement.
- Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
- Develop partner relationships, including account planning and cross-selling.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, regularly reviewed and updated, and ensure active closure of opportunities.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem, with a knowledge of product sets desirable but not essential.
- Pro-activeness and motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment.
- Understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Priority management and planning skills.
- Strive to achieve set targets.
- Good relationship building skills.
- Fluent Italian and good English language skills.
- Ideal candidates will have previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
- Hybrid work arrangement (2 days at the office, 3 days at home).
- Temporary contract linked to a maternity cover.
