As part of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating payroll activities, managing individual employment relationships, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring the continuous updating of company group policies. The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations, and excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
