About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch) - G99. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of AWS cloud services among our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive cloud adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their cloud journey.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform customer solutions and services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of driving cloud adoption and growth.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively deliver information to c-suite/VP level.
  • Strong organizational governance and troubleshooting skills, with precise attention to detail.
  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services is a plus.
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified is a plus.
