Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advisory and Business Partnering: Provide strategic advice and support to senior management and key stakeholders to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver projects that align with our business objectives, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
  • Policy Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement policies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and disciplinary matters, in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role, with a strong track record of driving business results and improving employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, preferably in a digital and/or insurance/banking environment.
  • Strong data-driven background, with experience in leveraging data to influence stakeholders and drive business decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian language.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite applications and data management using complex functions on Excel/Google sheet.
