Your Role

As a People Partner for Italy, you will be instrumental in driving business outcomes by guiding leaders in making informed 'people decisions'. You will serve as the primary contact for the team, providing strategic insights and leadership to Business Line Managers and the country leadership team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a Strategic Advisor and coach for senior leadership.
  • Establish employment standards and integrate global People processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Design strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Identify training needs for the mid to long term and develop relevant learning programs.
  • Prioritize employee development, lead performance evaluations, and facilitate career advancement.
  • Focus on employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.

What You Bring

  • A business-oriented mindset.
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and inquisitive approach.
  • Over 4 years of experience in challenging environments and a similar capacity.
  • Experience in startup settings is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with labor laws is advantageous.
