Role Overview:
As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating revenue and profit margin by selling AIG insurance, services, or products to consumers, organizations, or third parties. Your primary focus will be on the Italian market, requiring you to be fluent in Italian and have a good understanding of the local business landscape. You will work closely with various departments, including underwriting, claims, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer goals are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include selling insurance products, developing partnerships with accounts, and identifying areas for improvement to increase sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sell AIG insurance, services, or products to consumers, organizations, or third parties
• Develop partnerships with accounts and identify areas for improvement to increase sales and revenue
• Work closely with various departments to ensure customer goals are met and exceeded
• Identify agents and brokers with additional profit potential and develop action plans to expand those relationships
• Generate program growth ideas to ensure sales opportunities are maximized while results meet target loss ratio

Requirements:
• Broad knowledge of insurance products and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in sales (insurance or other services)
• Good level of English and fluent in Italian
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines without constant supervision
• Specific experience in intermediaries management
