Role Overview
This is a Sales Manager position based in Italy, where you will be responsible for generating revenue and profit margin by selling AIG insurance, services, or products directly to consumers, organizations, or third parties. The role involves managing a portfolio, performing training activities, and working in conjunction with other departments to ensure company and customer goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Sell AIG insurance, services, or products and be responsible for activities associated with making sales, including identifying viable customers, prospecting, conducting research/analysis, creating solutions, developing proposals, and presenting/pitching.
• Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure company and customer goals are being met, including underwriting, claims, marketing, operation/customer service centers, IT, actuarial, and senior management.
• Develop partnerships with accounts, review and assess account performance, identify areas to improve accounts, and provide training/overall assistance to accounts.
Requirements
• Broad knowledge of insurance products and financial analysis.
• High school or university degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Good level of English and fluent in Italian.
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
