Job Description: The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads and contracting group business for hotels in the Sales Area. This includes supporting the head of Group Sales/GS Manager in developing the MICE segment sales strategy and co-responsibility for meeting the budget in terms of rooms, room revenue, meeting room rental, and group-related F&B sales.

Key Responsibilities: Achieve and/or exceed the approved annual budget for the MICE segment, prepare quotes for leads with or without meeting rooms, review and ensure compliance with policies and procedures, manage and control group business and database, and monitor and comply with pricing and segmentation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications: University degree in Tourism, Business, Italian, advanced English, knowledge of group operation and event coordination, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
