Sales Manager Italy

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Kubota engines in Italy. This role serves as the primary point of contact for distributors, customers, and Kubota headquarters, facilitating communication and project development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Kubota's engineering team to coordinate project development, quotation, and delivery.
Monitor market trends and customer needs, analyzing data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
Requirements:
Associate's degree in a relevant field or significant experience in industrial sales.
At least 5 years' experience in selling industrial products.
Additional Skills:
Professional level of written and spoken English.
Ability to drive a car and travel by air.
Teleworking permitted twice a week, except during the training period.
