Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in Italy, ensuring daily communication and effective collaboration.
- Foster customer acquisition through strategic sales efforts, supported by a dedicated back office team.
- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts, managing customer payment performance and CRM administration.
- Facilitate seamless communication between the production plant and customers.
- Hold a degree from a recognized university or college, with 2-3 years of experience in sales.
- Possess fluency in Italian and conversational English language skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Show capability for extensive travel, including 3-4 days abroad and 1-2 days in-office work.
- Exhibit independence, high stress tolerance, and self-motivation.
- Competitive compensation package: 80,000 HUF/month presence bonus, monthly Kronospan bonus, and company car.
