Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in Italy, ensuring daily communication and effective collaboration.
  • Foster customer acquisition through strategic sales efforts, supported by a dedicated back office team.
  • Negotiate and conclude sales contracts, managing customer payment performance and CRM administration.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the production plant and customers.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree from a recognized university or college, with 2-3 years of experience in sales.
  • Possess fluency in Italian and conversational English language skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Show capability for extensive travel, including 3-4 days abroad and 1-2 days in-office work.
  • Exhibit independence, high stress tolerance, and self-motivation.
