Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Capital Equipment Sales Manager to join our team in the wood recycling and sorting industry. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for implementing a systematic sales management approach, driving sales activities, and ensuring the effective internal organization of processes and structures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a Systematic Sales Management approach with focus on center/north of Europe
  • Plan and execute sales activities, supporting sales outside of Europe as needed
  • Lead the area of Wood Recycling and sorting, managing investment levels typically between EUR 400,000 - 1,500,000 per order
  • Evaluate new business fields and support Business Development initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable technical background
  • 5+ years' experience in the wood-based panel industry or related industries
  • Proven track record of successful contract negotiation, excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong commercial skills, result-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
