Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our Dental Solutions Business team in Italy. As a sales professional, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.

The Impact You'll Make
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned geography for Dental products.
  • Develop sales through commercial activities, relationships with customers, individual or team product presentations/demonstrations through customer visits.
  • Responsible for achieving sales quotas and specific sales KPIs (number of open and closed won opportunities, number of touchpoints).
  • Execute marketing campaigns and undertake the lead qualification process.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • University education (bachelor's or master's degree) is preferable.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales (knowledge of Dental/Orthodontic market is an advantage);
  • Understanding of sales process and knowledge of selling techniques.
  • Digital savvy to be able to work with dental digital products of the future.
  • Good English knowledge.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per annum based on experience and performance.
  • Remote work from Italy - Lombardy with occasional travel up to 100% domestic.
