Business Development Lead

LHR Américas is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, innovative solutions, and exceptional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 12 years of experience in business development, finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
