RINA is seeking a Lead Pricing Analyst to enhance its operations within the Global Marketing & Pricing Division.

Role Overview

The Lead Pricing Analyst is instrumental in formulating and executing pricing frameworks for the introduction of innovative services, while also evaluating the overall service portfolio's performance regarding revenue and profit margins on a global scale.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Developing and Executing Pricing Strategies:
- Collaborate with diverse teams to craft pricing frameworks for new offerings, taking into account market demand, competitive positioning, and perceived value.
- Create pricing models and structures that align with corporate goals, profitability objectives, and customer value perceptions.
- Establish pricing guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure uniformity and effectiveness across various markets and regions.
- Implement pricing tools and systems to support pricing decisions and streamline the pricing workflow.
2. Introducing New Offerings:
- Spearhead the pricing strategy for new service launches, partnering closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gauge customer needs, preferences, and price sensitivity for new services.
- Formulate pricing strategies tailored to distinct customer segments, geographic areas, and market conditions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing tiers, packaging options, and promotional strategies for new services.
3. Performance Evaluation:
- Assess the performance of launched services concerning revenue, profitability, and margins.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing, including average selling price, discount levels, and revenue per customer.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to determine the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine pricing, maximize revenue, and enhance profitability.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work with finance, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and business objectives.
- Offer guidance and support to sales teams on pricing negotiations, discount approvals, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate closely with product management to integrate pricing considerations into product development and lifecycle management.
- Communicate pricing decisions, updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. #LI-AC2

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Finance Management.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, revenue management, or related fields, ideally within a global or multinational organization.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience in analyzing pricing performance and conducting market research to inform pricing decisions.
- Strong understanding of pricing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
- Familiarity with pricing software, tools, and systems (e.g., pricing optimization software, revenue management systems).
