Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to join our team at Servicemaster Restore. As a Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system
  • Review compliance tasks and ensure all job tasks are completed on time
  • Monitor and update jobs in the required operating system to ensure efficient flow through the claims process
  • Upload photos and documents in real-time and follow up with customers for missing information
  • Manage customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolution
  • Understand company cycle times and SLAs required for each job and phase
  • Communicate with customers and adjusters to ensure timely resolution of claims
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and adaptable to operate in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
