Senior Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee client relationship management, acting as the primary liaison for key accounts. Your role will involve providing insights and guidance on best practices for competitive analysis, client outreach, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Manage client engagement processes and serve as the main point of contact for significant clients, offering analytical support and strategic advice.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our client base to enhance relationships through training, support, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders.
- Identify avenues to expand the product's presence across all assigned clients.
- Proactively address potential issues in client relationships, collaborating with sales, client services, development, IT, and other departments to find solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and share insights with clients and prospects.
- Assist in maximizing product utilization among clients while promoting additional features and upgrades.
- Collaborate with presales, consultants, and the development team to address new client enhancements and feature requests.
- Establish effective communication channels both internally and with clients to enhance overall service delivery.
Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field such as economics, statistics, accounting, finance, or mathematics.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing sales role within the Financial Services sector, including banking, finance, and insurance.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Proven ability to establish and leverage internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
