About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our team at GfK. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting various projects from brief stage to successful delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and ensuring the overall success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, applying consumer panel data to solve business questions.
- Support the development and delivery of high-profile, multi-country insights.
- Create high-functioning relationships with GfK colleagues and local Kantar & CPS teams.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, focusing on expanding our network and increasing the contribution of GfK services.
- Collaborate with and motivate team members, share knowledge, and encourage a culture of learning.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in quantitative research, preferably with an understanding of Consumer Panel data.
- A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities, proposal writing, and delivering against commercial targets.
- Experience delivering insight-based consultative projects with the ability to present complex data clearly and incisively.
- A confident, compelling, and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant.
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior-level contacts and be seen as an expert by those contacts.
- Taking ownership of tasks, working independently, creatively, and resourcefully.
- Handling multiple requests and making decisions about who and what to prioritize.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and partners.
- Building virtual networks/relationships and working in virtual teams.
- Excellent English language skills.
