Your Opportunity

Are you ready to embark on a new journey in the USA and become a technical specialist? This is your opportunity to join Sidel's esteemed technical team and assist in delivering high-performance machinery to our clients. We are in search of a Mechanical Field Service Engineer to focus on aseptic filling machines. You will begin your career in Parma (Italy) with a comprehensive training program lasting twelve months. Following this period, you will transition to our US office located in Atlanta, where you will integrate into the Field Service Engineer Team responsible for Aseptic Technology across the American region, including the USA, Canada, and Central-South America.

Your Mission

  • Execute the installation, start-up, and commissioning of Aseptic Fillers at customer locations.
  • Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer requirements to provide informed guidance and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assess and evaluate equipment performance at client facilities, adhering to technical, contractual, and safety standards.
  • Effectively manage equipment non-conformities, ensuring proper handling and checks.
  • Conduct mechanical and process setups of the aseptic filler to guarantee reliability and meet performance criteria.

Your Profile

  • Possession of a technical diploma or an engineering degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical roles.
  • Proficiency in mechanical parts assembly, measurements, and related tasks.
  • Competency in English.
  • Experience in the beverage industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to permanently relocate to the USA (Atlanta) after one year in Sidel Parma (Italy).
  • Readiness to travel extensively (minimum of 200 days per year).
