Sales Operations Manager

A well-established global technology provider is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enhance their team. This role is pivotal in driving sales initiatives and managing the sales team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) promptly by engaging with clients for qualification and converting MQLs into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).Identify and implement lead generation strategies to contribute to annual revenue goals.Collaborate with the field sales team and Pre-sales Engineers to drive SQLs and successfully finalize sales.Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and partners regarding ongoing opportunities.Facilitate the acceleration of the sales pipeline to prevent deal losses and stalled transactions.Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Complete all necessary product training and stay informed about the company's product offerings.Ensure Salesforce is consistently updated with all relevant activities.Prepare quotes in Salesforce and obtain necessary discount approvals.Supervise the daily operations of Inside Sales Representatives and address any issues that arise.Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of empowerment and accountability.Align human resources and capabilities with the company’s HR strategy at the departmental level.Act as a change agent, challenging departmental structures and processes to support change initiatives.Develop team capabilities and establish a robust succession plan.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity within the IT industry.Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated work ethic and integrity.A collaborative team player.
