Lead a Team of Service Professionals

As a key member of our culinary program, you will have the opportunity to inspire and mentor a diverse team of service professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your strategic initiatives will drive revenue and enhance the overall success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food and beverage styling and design, and be aware of competitor offerings in the local market.
  • Develop and execute innovative food and beverage strategies to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage and inspire a talented team of culinary and service professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Manage financial objectives, including budgeting and financial reporting, to ensure the success of our culinary program.
Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in food and beverage operations, with a proven track record of driving profitable operations and leading F&B teams.
  • Experience curating and executing creative events in a variety of settings, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong financial management skills, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
