We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our Chemicals team in Milano. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and seek out new sales opportunities through calling, visiting clients, and networking.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential clients.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and participate in exhibitions.
  • Negotiate and close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Manage and optimize current business accounts.
  • Travel to various locations nationally and internationally as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of previous experience in sales in the industrial sector, preferably in the chemical sector.
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Fluency in other European languages is desirable but not necessary.
  • Working experience with a Japanese company is desirable but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), maintaining CRM.
