About the Role

Clevelcrossing is seeking an experienced and results-driven VP of North America Sales to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform our sales strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams
  • Strong functional expertise in sales and sales management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience leading successful software sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, as well as inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Experience developing customer-driven sales strategies that cut across all sales functions, as well as influence and inform product development
  • Deep domain expertise in the contact center and customer engagement industries, with the ability to speak with authority to the needs of senior executives
