About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department at Meineke Car Care Centers, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure high employee morale, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Repair Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
