Job Title: Commercial Growth Partner
Description:

At Cpl Healthcare, we're seeking a Commercial Growth Partner to drive business expansion and development. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and brands.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for business development.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  5. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business development progress.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of Italian and English
  • 5+ years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations
  • Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks
  • Strong data analysis skills, with ability to analyze industry trends and project management through data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to think strategically
