Description:
At Cpl Healthcare, we're seeking a Commercial Growth Partner to drive business expansion and development. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and brands.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for business development.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on business development progress.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Italian and English
- 5+ years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations
- Extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks
- Strong data analysis skills, with ability to analyze industry trends and project management through data
- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to think strategically
