Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales and Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling residential pest management services and products to new and existing customers, while maintaining exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs analyses to assess customer requirements using expert knowledge of our products and services.
- Visually inspect homes and businesses for pests, pest harborage, and pest entries to identify potential issues.
- Sell pest control solutions based on assessment findings and collaborate with internal teams to increase opportunities.
- Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues and propose additional enhancements to pest household services.
- Complete home diagrams using our sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of customer homes and challenges.
- Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities and provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
- Use our sales CRM to track daily activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Technical degree preferred.
- Pest Industry certifications a plus.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control sales; 2+ years in a customer service role preferred.
- Effective verbal communication skills, particularly in customer-facing conversations and presentations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).
- Pass pre-employment background screen.
