We are looking for a results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Naples, FL. As a seasoned professional with luxury brand sales management experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, managing inventory, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team building, and management.
- Maintain effective employee relations.
- Help manage used car inventory levels and days in stock.
The salary range for this position is approximately $140,000 - $200,000 per year, considering the job requirements and industry standards. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
