The Enterprise Sales Executive Role

This senior position operates with C-Suite decision makers for important enterprise accounts across the Retail & CPG sectors. Our sales team is built with experienced, but entrepreneurial and high-energy software sales executives who work every day with business leaders to deliver value at client organizations.

Your Responsibilities
  • Operate in harmony with our company values: Bold, Humble, Immersed, and Fast
  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules
  • Build UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions using a value-selling approach
  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customers receive maximum value throughout their lifecycle
Your Requirements
  • Multiple years of solution/value-selling SaaS experience directly with C-level to top enterprise Retail & CPG accounts
  • Fluency in both Italian and English
  • Successful quota attainment YoY, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition as well as account expansion
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
  • Ability to navigate client organizations and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and levels of leadership
  • Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance
  • Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on location and experience
