Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Office Assistant to join our team at Miniclip. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a High-Quality Work Environment: Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard, well-equipped, and properly stocked at all times.
  • Provide Support to Employees: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with various administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for employees.
  • Manage Office Systems: Maintain inventory records, track usage, and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
  • Assist with Office Events: Plan and organize meetings, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Support the Office Manager: Assist with administrative tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Creativity and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think outside the box for event planning and company activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
