">About the Role
">The ideal candidate will help manage and grow successful affiliate programmes by offering top-tier administrative and customer support.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Respond to client requests and questions through our ticketing system, ensuring quick and helpful answers.">
- Help with tasks such as managing client accounts, updating account information, and assisting with programme changes.">
- Work with other internal teams (like finance and technical teams) to solve client issues.">
- Support clients by keeping them informed about updates, changes, or improvements in the system.">
- Assist in finding and onboarding new partners for affiliate programmes.">
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tasks.">
Requirements
">We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and German (both written and spoken), has excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills, and is comfortable working in a team environment.
">Benefits
">We offer direct employment in the company, annual salary €25-32k, and flexibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time.
