Thyssenkrupp Nucera Italy is a pioneering branch located in Milano, specializing in designing and supplying electrochemical plants for the production of green hydrogen, chlorine, and caustic soda. With over 20 years of experience, we offer new-build and service solutions worldwide.
Aim of the Position:
The Global Hydrogen Market Growth Leader will be responsible for gathering industry insights, competitor analysis, and market trends to generate potential business opportunities. This role involves monitoring specific markets, supported by regional hubs, to align company strategy and project funnels. Key responsibilities include participating in meetings with marketing and sales teams to review sales goals, presenting ideas for new business ventures, and joining regular meetings with headquarters for global coordination on Sales and BD activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop possible opportunities in the hydrogen and chlor-alkali market
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with the Proposal and Technical department to develop proposals that fit client requests and expectations
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospects and internal executives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline
- Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management (industrial plants)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project management and execution processes
- Familiarity with the chemical plant and/or energy industry
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability and willingness to engage with different cultures and travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
