Enterprise Account Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in Milan and contribute to our fast-growing sales environment.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients within a specified region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging a partner ecosystem and effective communication skills.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, product development, and partner enablement, interacting with executive leadership daily.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in successfully selling software/SaaS and enterprise license agreements across multiple lines of business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience presenting complex topics to technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English.
  • A strong focus on identifying new contacts, nurturing, and expanding iGenius' relationships with new accounts to maximize revenue.

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics applications.
  • Industry-specific experience.
  • Experience implementing MEDDPICC.
