As a Product Solutions Expert at RGI Group, you will play a key role in enabling our customers to understand the value of our solutions.

You will be part of a young and dynamic presales consulting team located in Milan, working closely with our development, innovation, delivery, and sales teams to achieve success in our international organization.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect and understand customer requirements to design the best-fitting solutions based on RGI products.
  • Perform product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients as needed.
  • Manage the entire end-to-end process of RFI, RFP, and RFQ, showcasing proposed solutions.
  • Develop product reference documents and presentation materials for customers.
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, and industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business and marketing opportunities.
  • Participate in design sessions for development of new functionality and customization of existing functionality.
  • Work with management and clients to determine product roadmaps and milestones.

Work Experiences: 1-3 years of work experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proven affinity to IT technology.
  • Eagerness to learn leading-edge business technology.
  • Willingness to travel abroad.
  • Organizing and managing a dynamic team.
  • Good communication and public speaking skills.
  • Logical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (native English is a plus).
  • A good knowledge of Spanish and additional languages is a plus.
  • Fundamental knowledge of insurance is a plus.

Qualification: Scientific University Degree.
