Modernization Service Sales Area Leader

This position is for a seasoned professional in New Equipment Modernization, responsible for coordinating project activities and resolving complex customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Reviews and approves expenditures for small to complex projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices and applications for payment.
- Updates project schedules independently and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively.
- Acts as the primary contact with complex customers, developing a professional relationship and understanding customer needs.
- Assists managers in managing the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan and progress.
- Responsible for organizing all on-site construction activities for complex projects.
- Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience.
- Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience OR An advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
