Corporate Controller / Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Controller / Financial Analyst to join our team at Enitspa. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our financial success.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing and enhancing our financial operations, providing valuable insights to guide strategic decision-making, and collaborating with departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

You will also be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, identifying trends, and creating meaningful reports to support executive decision-making. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks, and lead and develop a team of financial professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and at least some former experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Controller, or similar role in a corporate environment. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong leadership and team management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation of a Profit and Loss (P&L) Management Control System
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to assist in financial planning and decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, and create meaningful reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least some former experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
